First thing to do is set up the “Santa Stop Here” sign. Look at the sign then Aimee Rose…

…
Now she’s overacting…

…
Next, get a carrot for Rudolph and a mince pie for Father Christmas. Apparently Father Christmas doesn’t drink too much any more….

…
Then, take the stocking to bed…

…
…and the quicker you get to sleep, the quicker he’ll be here. Nun-nite Aimee Rose!…

…with lots of help from Aimee Rose! Golden snowflakes first…

…
Then the baubles…

…
Aimee’s decs she made at nursery…

…
…and finally the star…

…
Ta-dah!….

Well, she’s been up to lots. Brushing mummy’s new hair…

…
Holding hands with boys at nursery…

…
Slumming it in front of the telly with mummy…

…
Singing Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star – until her lungs give up!…
…
…and finally, she has these two photos on her bedroom wall – one of Reggie and one of Marmite and Matt

…

and when we go downstairs she like to say goodbye to Marmite, Reggie and Matt – each name followed by an impression (repeated for the cameras). “Bye Marmite – woof, woof. Bye Reggie – meow, meow. Bye Matt – see ya later”.
Isn’t the Children in Need song and video for 2009 good? Aimee seems to know the characters (needs sound)….
We haven’t mentioned Rosebud for a while, so here’s what she’s been up to. Firstly, some new clothes. Nice top and skirt combo…

…
…and now some nice knickers, ready to be picked for potty training!…

…
We managed to pick up a second-hand kitchen from a friend at work, and here’s Aimee putting it into use…

…
She likes it doesn’t she?!…

…
Keep it tidy Rosebud!…

…
Now she has new clothes and has been learning kitchen skills, time to complete the training. No need to iron your knickers though…

…
…or your socks!…

…
Not sure that technique is safe!…

…
Needs some steam on those socks!…

…
…a very happy Aimee with her new skills!…

Family Large are off to see the Red Arrows later today, so best get something to protect Aimee Rosebud’s lil ears…
